Question

Using opks

Received my first ever opks today, there wasn't much to go by with the instructions so I was just wanting some answers to my questions... Does it matter what time of day I use one? How many do you ladies roughly use during a cycle?

Time of day doesnt matter, just dont use FMU unless they specifically require FMU. I test with SMU, about 2hrs after my first urine and usually have my positive then (about 8:30-9am). Some say to wait til the afternoon, which is great if it works for them, but its not like that for everyone. U have to test minimum twice a day, for a cpl cycles to see when u normally get a +, then u can play with time of day. Everyone's different with hormone production. Expect to go through roughly 10 per cycle, if u test 2x/day in ur suspected window...it can be more or less tho.
Good luck! =))
