help, im so confused! lol

ok so Im 8 dpo today, have had mild cramps nothing too crazy (but not normal for me) on and off nausea that I cant tell if it might just be nerves, vivid dreams 2 nights in a row, and backaches like no other, today this back ache feels like its on fire almost. im super tired but no boob changes and my cm doesn't seem like its a lot at all. I know only a test will tell me but its too early for that. my questions are these.... are sore boobs and a lot of cm something everyone gets if pregnant, Ive had 3 and don't remember boob soreness with my last 2 at all. the other question is I tied my tubes 7 years ago but have heard many people getting pregnant even with a tubal so has anyone here had a baby after their tubes were tied??? t.i.a
