Is a rise in temp a good sign

I am 10 DPO and my temp is 100.1 and I had a few red blood spots when I whipped today. Are these good signs that I could be pregnant?

It's possible that you are pregnant but you don't have to have a temperature rise to be pregnant and spotting is not always related to implantation. Test once you miss your period. Best to you.

How'd u go? Did u test?
Once you implant you CAN have a thermal shift and your temp can rise slightly. I did and had brown when i wiped at 11dpo.
