Could this be implantion bleeding

I am 10 DPO and today I have felt very crampy and had a few red spots on the tp when I whipped. Also have been very snappy and get annoyed easily. My appetite has decreased majorly, I rarely feel hungry and nauseous after I eat. Hoping this is all good signs

It could be implantation bleeding. Could do a test or wait and see if it turns into af.
I had achy feeling the night of 10dpo. Next morning had brown when i wiped which never eventuated to a period. Would have been weird if my period came 3 days early.
