Pregnant or not?

hey everyone! I just wanted to check if any of you perhaps had something like this, AF arrived in Feb on the 18th like any other month (went off the pill in feb) so this month after ovulation I started feeling very weird! even at 1dpo, started with tingly fingertips and hands, funny feelings in my tummy, which i thought was just normal for some or other reason... I didn't track my period at all because it's never late, but i am now 12dpo and realized yesterday (11dpo) that I have had no sign of AF coming, the symptoms are still here, i'll list them here..is there anyone who have had this I don't want to test then get a BFN...really hoping for BFP...
i don't have much space but the include:
nausea, backache, really sore bbs/nipples, left side cramping and lower abdomen cramping, toothache a bit of bleeding gums, absolutely no sign of AF, tingly fingers, BBT is sky high! soo much more, i can't fit everything in here..please help :(
