Hi, one of my friend is facing the same issues, she's in her early forties and is trying to conceive from last three years but could not get positive results. Earlier she went to couple of IVF centers but could not get positive results. Then after a lot of research, she consulted Dr Sonia Malik from Southend Fertility and is now is 4 months pregnant. So I would recommend you to visit her once.
