Implantation after 9 dpo, impossible?!

Trip to er for pelvic pain. Negative for infection or cysts. Doc said he had worked in the ob field.. My beta was 0 at 9 dpo.. Said 0% chance of pregnancy this month. I thought u had til 12 dpo to implant and 2-3 after that for hcg to build up. Am I wrong? I have 0% chance?

I implanted 10dpo. I had an aching feeling during the night. Next morning (11dpo) had implantation bleeding. Brown when i wiped which didnt turn into period. That afternoon tested with first response early result and bfp instantly.
