6 weeks post ectopic tube rupture and surgery. New pregnancy symptoms but negative test

About 10 days ago my back and breast started getting sore. My breast have grown and feel full. Nausea started 4 days ago along with fatigue sensitive to smell and taste and increased peeing. Tests all show negative along with blood test, I feel pregnant and my period is a day late now. I feel like I'm going crazy?
