HSG Right blocked tube. Any hope?

I just had my HSG done today, It showed complete block in Right tube(aren't 100% sure I could have had a spasm) and my Left tube is great completely clear. What are my chances of still concieving? anyone on here have any luck with only one tube? I am feeling so so down right now. Some encouragement is needed!
