Could this be why I missed my monthly?

I was in two car accidents last month. The first accident I t boned someone that was on February 13 and I bled a little bit, airbag did deploy but not to bad of damage and I wasn't hurt. The second was on February 16 I got side swiped by a semi airbags didn't deploy he just hit my passenger tire and ripped my bumper off I was not hurt in that accident either just a little bleeding. I was just wondering because of stress and freaking out if my body was in shock and messed things up. I did have surgery on January 15 because my ob thought I had a polyp but everything was clear. I got my monthly on January 28 for 6 days and I usually have 34-35 day cycles but it hasn't been normal since my miscarriage on October 4. I am currently on pay 53 of my cycle.
