delayed for a wk now?

hi there! i had my LMP on 15th feb and i noticed a spotting period last march 08 and 09. two consecutive days but its just a little stain on my undies. Im wndering if thats an implantation stage or what? i had my home pregnancy test last tuesday on my first urine and its negative. i still don't have my period yet. can you advice? much appreciated, thanks!
