You cant have pregnancy symptoms until you are pregnant. You are not pregnant until implantation has occurred. Implantation cannot occur until at the very earliest, 5DPO.
So at 3DPO no, it is not a sign. At this stage, IF conception has occurred, then the zygote would still be floating down the fallopian tube and making no difference to whats going on with your body.
