Could I be pregnant

I had an HSG performed a week ago on 3/9/2015...I ovulated on 3/15/2015. BD from 3/11/15 - 3/16/2015. I am currently 2DPO... but I have noticed cramping in my lower right side of my abdomen since DPO1 through DPO2... can I be getting symptoms this early... Never felt this before after ovulation. Thank you so much... Please help

The short answer is no. You cannot have pregnancy symptoms at 2DPO as you are not pregnant until after implantation, which cannot occur until atleast 5DPO.
