Am I possibly pregnant

Can anyone help me I think I might be pregnant. But am unsure I previously was on the depo shot in October it was my first time on the shot and basically after the next shot I was due for was set for January 11th I never went and about two months and eight days after I've been off the shot I had u protected sex and have still had no period. Constant urinnation,headaches,backaches,fullness feeling all day, nauseous all days long for a week and u also have a really hard time sleeping, I would be three weeks and I went to the er and got my blood and urine testing.. Everything came back normal negative pregnancy for the blood test and the urine test and also I do not have a hit either or any other health issues.... Could I still have a chance of being possibly pregnant
