Clomid side effects

So AF was Feb 28-march 3. I did clomid days 3-7. So my last clomid pill was 9 days ago.... I honestly didn't have any side effects while on the pill except maybe a little headache. So for the last 2 days I have felt so run down.... My body aches & my throat feels like a sore throat is coming on... I'm beyond tired. So I'm wondering are these "feelings" still the clomid working in me 9 days latter??

I'm on my second round of clomid and I know that I have felt run down while taking it.... I have side effects like up to 3 weeks after the pills. I get really bad hot flashes that I have never in my life till starting clomid,

Thank you so much for ur help !!! I wasn't sure how long I would feel the clomid side effects..... I also had a few hot flashes last week... Whew!!!!! I was ready for shorts & tank tops lol.... I'm from MN so its still winter here ;-)
