Am i Pregnant??

Hi Lovely Ladies out there !!
I'm new to this group and joined because this 2WW is killing me.
And i'm actually trying to find early sign of pregnancy in my body :D
i think i'm 4DPO and feeling these things :
1)Backache -- Lower back and Spinal cord too
2)Some Mild cramps from last 3 to 4 days
3)Some mild smell in Urine
4)i feel dry all day but when i checked my CM with fingers it got very liitle white CM.

Please help me.. is it a postive sign ??
