Can I be Pregnant?

The day of my last period was June 8th. In July I didn't have my period, sometimes I miss it due to stress so I figured that's why I didn't have it. In August I had pink/red spotting for about 4-5 days. Now it's september, still no period. I have been having sharp abdominal pains, swollen & itchy breasts, back pain & nausea. I'm not sure whether to take a home pregnancy test.
