2 periods last month in February and nothing so far for March..HELP PLEASE...

So I had my regular period feb 2 to the 6 normal as can be.. went for my annual pap on the 10th. everything was normal.. Then on the 12th I started to bleed and continued to bleed until the 15th heavily and with clots and cramps(srry tmi).dr said it oc normal to bleed after pap. however that has never happened to me before..hpt this morning was negative..Do I base it on the first period on the 2nd? which would mean Im 10days late? or on the 2nd one which would mean af is due today?? I am so confused. My periods have always been normal 28-30 dys apart.Im not on BC. me and my hubby been trying for 3 yrs and we have suffered 3 miscarrages over those 3 years..Please anyone with advice or expierence please let me know..Thankyou:)
