Sound promising?

Hi everyone,

So i have been ttc for around 6 month, my DD is 2 now and as soon as I concieved her I fell ill straight away.
I am 6dpo (early I know) but as soon as we did the deed this time on the day of ovulation and days leading up and after I became ill with a cold and fever. I have been constipated from 1dpo, sore breasts, headaches, cramping and a tugging pain in ovarie/left side. I'm extremely tired and have been so emotional it's crazy, extremely hungry but today (6dpo) I was making breakfast (eggs and toast) and the smell made my stomach churn like mad, I could barely eat it as I felt so sick.

I know I'm early and I have written lots, I do apologise just hoping to fall pregnant and don't want to get my hopes up to have another month of disappointment.
