Can the start on of tender breasts later in the cycle be a sign of pregnancy?

I have been going over some of my charts, and noticing patterns with my tender breastedness. It usually starts on cycle day 19, and it comes on full force, and is pretty intense.

Today is cycle day 21 and i only have mild breast pains. I am wonder if perhaps the the later onset of tender breasts could be a good sign!?

Anyone else have their information charted well enough to compare PMS symptoms with Pregnancy Symptoms and their differences?
