End of pregnancy & now this?!

Found out I was pregnant before Xmas, but it wasn't growing properly so had be put under to remove the bean, I was 8.5 weeks pregnant when this happened on 17th December.
I was put on the pill (microgynon 30) I'm at the end of my 3rd pack, I've bled normally within the 7 day break on the first & second pack but I haven't in the 3rd one.. I haven't got any period pain like I normally would.. Altough, I do feel tired and I have notice side boob pains a little the last two days.
I should really mention that I did miss a pill.

I'm confused.. Could I be pregnant again so soon even though I'm on the pill? Would missing just one pill make a difference? I've only had sex with my partner once or twice (and I think it was the day I missed the pill)
Please let me know what you think... I would really appreciate it ladies.
