What does that mean and last night I had AF like cramps
And today I get cramps every now and then.

From what I've read on here and other sites, sometimes OPK's can work like HPT's and detect pregnancy and show up positive.. I would take a test in a couple days to make sure!

An opk won't show positive for pregnancy until well after an hpt would. Did you confirm ovulation occurred before?

I took five opk test 1 at 6dpo 2 at 7dpo and 2 at 8dpo I'm extremely anxious and I took a hpt and it was to early and it came back negative but my opk are positive.

Yep, I pregnancy test will generally show a pregnancy before an OPK.
It is normal to have LH in your system in varying amounts throughout your cycle, so unless your body failed to ululate and is now trying again. It more than likely means nothing.
