i got 13.8 ml hcg levels in 14 days after keeping embriyo.is it possible to pregnant?

i am 45 yrs.i am in ivf treatment .my doctor suggest me to take urine test in 21days.is it to get possitive result ?

13.8 is generally considered pregnant. Are they doing any further blood tests? Or just having you do a urine test? Hcg should double within 48-72 hours, so typically with low numbers, they would do a second test 48-72 hours later to see if the number is going up appropriately.
