Implantation bleeding for 3 days?

At 10 DPO I had some blood tinged discharge. 11 and 12 DPO it's become brown. AF is due in 3 days. I got the faintest of positive line this morning (12 DPO) that I can't even say for sure is positive. Could this still be implantation?
