I feel like I'm going insane...opinions needed

So af is due tomorrow or Friday. Today I am 12 dpo at a guess. Did not use Opk this month due to my son being ill didn't get a chance to buy them. I have a 28 day cycle.
Saturday 9 dpo I had spotting once when wiping . It was after sex but I have never experienced any kind of spotting bleeding after sex before??
I've had af cramps on and off plus back ache. Af cramps woke me at 3.40 this morning .. So bad I had to go to the toilet to check if she had arrived. I'm using the toilet a lot more! Last night as I say I woke and needed the toilet also the night before I woke at 4 am for the toilet. I never wake!!! For the toilet.My boobs are slightly swollen, nipples slightly sensitive. If had pains inside that come Abd go. They are slightly more veinyI have also got very promenant veins on both sides of my stomach and hips??? Never had this before don't even no if this is a sign??
Ive taken tests and I think I see lines but now I'm thinking I'm jst mad. Surely it would be visible by now?
