What do you think and what should I do? What were your end results?

My LMP was 01/30/15. My next period was due 02/28/15. I am now 3 days late. My cycle runs on average 29 days. All of my test have come back negative. I'm tired of getting my hopes up. I don't want to get blood work drawn just to get another negative. I'm sure others have been through something similar. What were your end outcomes? What do you think I should do? I have major breast pain, like sharp stabs like I did with my first pregnancy. Sometimes I have nausea, but not everyday. I'm exhausted, but I am on my feet all day too. Any advice or answers would be greatly appreciated.
