Red raspberry leaf tea is great for toning the uterus but it won't help with starting your new cycle. Vitex will regulate yr cycle but it can take several months before you can see its effects. It took me 6 weeks after my D&C to get my period back. Very frustrating....I called my dr after 4 weeks and he told me to wait a little longer and then luckily it came. It seems the body often needs that much time to recover and get back to a rhythm. Best to you.

Thank you. I had a d&c back in 2009 from a miscarriage as well andbindint remember it taking this lomg but I am older now so I am going to be patient and wait the 6 weeks like dr recommended.

No..I don't..not even sure what it is. I dont know why it is but I know some people have stopped it cuz they said it interfered with ovulation or messed up their CM I believe..weird since it's supposed to help u..just do ur research b 4 making a decision..I go by my CM, as i dont use OPKs, and it hasn't failed me..so haven't needed to use them so far..they say that ur last day of fertile CM is close to ovulation ..that day or next usually (so get BD'ing!!) .but I also usually get ovulation pains too, so that helps..temps only help afterwards, telling u that u did O, which is too late by then, but is useful for future cycles in predicting it..also if you can tell when ovulation is coming (or approximately ), BD 3 days b 4, the 1 day b 4 O (as doing it b 4 actual O increases ur chance more then the day of O, so the sperm r waiting), and after ovulation to increase ur chances of catching the egg..then again, I'm probably not telling u something u don't already know:)..best of luck to!!
