Symptoms by dpo used opk

CD 11 OPK - (BD)
CD 12 OPK + (BD)
CD 13 OPK - (BD) Ovulation day - felt cramps in left ovary

1 - 7 dpo - no symptoms
8-9dpo cramps on and off in left side
10-11 dpo dull abdominal pain all over
13-14 dpo cramps gone breasts very tender and sore
15-16 dpo no AF still slightly sore bbs on the side
16 dpo CD 28 still no AF dull pain, dry cm, took frer in the afternoon urine was very dilute BFN

any suggestions will be helpful
