Ovulation and OPKs after chemical pregnancy
I had a chemical pregnancy my last cycle and bled on Feb 16th. I started using OPKs on Feb. 20th (CD 5) after I finished bleeding and have taken one every day, all of them being super positive! (So I have been getting positive OPKs for 10 days) I read somewhere that OPKs can be positive if there is still HCG in your system, and my last blood test on Feb. 23 (CD 8) showed an HCG of 55. Today I am on CD 14, still getting positive OPKs, and with loads of EWCM. Is it possible I am ovulating even though I might still have remaining HCG from my CP?
I usually have very long cycles, ovulating around CD 25-26, so this is very weird for me. Has anyone ovulated early after a CP? It seems as if most people ovulate late after a CP! Do I have to get a negative OPK after a CP before it turning positive again for me to be really ovulating?
