Implantation signs

Hi everyone I'm 10dpo and I thought I felt implantation cramping on Monday (7dpo) but still no sign of spotting. I have had yellow creamy discharge on and off and mild cramps. Not sure it this was implantation. Do all women experience implantation bleeding and what are other signs of it? Thanks. Really hoping for pregnancy- first time TTC with my hubby.

No, not every woman gets implantation bleeding. When I found out I was pregnant in August I had yellowish discharge and no other symptoms besides 1 day of heartburn.

i think only about 20% of women get implantation bleeding. but the cramps might be a good sign.. when I was 10-11 dpo i had AF like cramps that only lasted a few minutes & i had no bleeding. few days later got my first BFP .. GL!

I had 3 pregnancies before and currently I'm 4w6d.
Never had an implantation bleeding.
I felt my ovulation and implantation pain only if I paid close attention.
