am I pregnant

Hello my mane is Ashley and I have a question. I have 2 ovulation apps on my phone (ovia and glow) ovia tells my I ovulated on the 22nd and glow tells me the 16-17. I don't know what to believe or which one to go by. I am having some very sore breast my back hurts and I felt sick this morning please help me I did test but I got a very faint positive but still not sure
