Question

Cycle changed from 7 days of bleeding to only 2days of minimal bleeding. Is this a problem for ttc?

I'm 28 and my cycle had been the exact same since I was 16 (had 2 yrs of birth control from 14-16 for having 2 periods a month and that lined it out from then on). I had 28 day cycles and bled for 7 days, 5 heavy then 2 light. In October I was blindsighted by a chemical pregnancy, weren't ttc at the time but while I was getting positive tests I was thinking how great it would be to have 2 kids under 2 1/2.. so when it ended soon after we decided to start ttc. But as soon as we start trying my cycle changed. Still every 28 days but now only bleeding very light for only 2 days instead of my old normal 7 days. Will that be a problem for ttc? Or is a 2 day period ok? Is there something wrong that caused it to change?

hmm... 2 days of light bleeding when u normally have 5 days of heavy bleeding seems strange.. have u tested 4 pregnancy? it could be implantation bleeding.. but if you've already tested & ur not pregnant I wouldt really worry about it if it was only one cycle or something.

I've tested negative.. but this is the 3rd month in a row that its only lasted 2 days and very light so I'm worried there's something causing it and afraid its interfering with ttc.
