Early symptoms or Prenatal Vitiams?

I am either 7 to 10 DPO. If I ovulated earlier than the pains I felt on 2/18 determines my DPO, either way I still have 8 days until AF. I am using every ounce of will power to not test yet. But so far I have had nausea (small waves), bbs sore off and on, fatigue (in bed by 5:30PM last night), trouble sleeping (toss & turn), vivid dreams, my wisdom tooth was acting up about 2 days ago for 2-3 days (last night i had any issues with WT was 11 yrs ago with my last pregnancy), hip & back pains, headaches (more than ever). i just feel different this cycle. I'm 95% certain with dtd 3 days before suspected O and on O day, we got it this time. what is your opinion? I started taking pre-natals 3 weeks before O day.
