Retroverted uterus
Hi I have just had an ultrasound scan and got told my womb is retroverted, everything else on the scan was normal but my question is will this make it harder to get pregnant? I have some symptoms of endometriosis so I'm hoping the next step is a lap to confirm this x

I have endometriosis and a retroverted uterus. I've recently found out that sometimes the endo sticks your uterus down and that is why it's retroverted. I have gotten pregnant so I don't think the retroverted uterus affects that. If you do become pregnant your uterus will slowly move into the right position as your pregnancy progresses and baby gets bigger. It might be a little painful if you have an adhesion from endometriosis sticking it down but it shouldn't be a problem.
