Do I sound pregnant...?

Last summer I got pregnant in Aug but had a MC in Sept. Symptoms the day I got my BFP were cramps, decrease sex drive, dizzy, joint pain, sore breasts and constipation with gas. I am currently CD 6 and I've been having cramps and joint pain the last two days. I also feel like I have more CM than normal and its creamy white. I am constipated and have gas even though I'm not eating foods that would normally do that. Does this sound like I'm on my way to another BFP? Thanks! :)
