Nausea and dizziness this early!??

I am 3 wks and 6 days pregnant. After 7 months of trying and 1 miscarriage were quietly hopeful as all the signs are way stronger.
I've taken 4 tests for the last 4 mornings... All positives.
My nipples are horribly tender, I've bruised on my upper cleavage- which I'm told is pregnancy associated and I've come out in more spots than I had even as a teen!
This morning I woke up dizzy and feeling sick.
Now About once a year I get Labyrinthitus (inner ear issue that causes extreme vertigo) but this feels different.
So I know pregnancy can cause nausea but this is very early on!!
Has anyone else had dizziness that makes the room spin and how long did it last and how did you deal with it?
Most of these symptons start at 6 weeks not 3!
Do I have more than one in there?
Looking forward to your advice x
( this will be my 4th pregnancy. I have 12 & 9 year old girls. Lost one at 5.4 weeks and now this one. I had NO symptons with my girls.)
