Long Luteal phase and confused

This might sound rather stupid but I'm ttc baby #2 and this is annoying the crap out of me!!

My lmp was January 22nd and I O'd Feb 3rd (confirmed with OPKs taken 2x a day) So I'm currently 14DPO and got a BFN around noon on a FR but my period isn't due until the 21st (30 day cycles) So If I was pregnant would it have shown up by 14DPO? Does it matter that I seem to randomly have like a 18 day lp? Is the FR still only accurate closer to my missed period? I figure since I'm 14DPO today it would have shown up :/
