Anyone have ears, nose and throat issues during early pregnancy due to changes in hormones?
Has anyone found when they got pregnant and had a history of ears nose and throat region surgeries/infections etc... due to the change of hormones in body did it affect the weakest areas like ENT?
Have read that some women on various other forums do have problems with their ENT.
Have been bringing up mucus crap in my throat for 3 days now every morning. Never had this since before my sinus surgery 4 years ago.

I had severe ENT problems when I was younger and have significant hearing loss from scar tissue on my ear drums due to chronic ear infections. I had my adenoids removed and ear tubes for about 6 years.
I didn't have any ENT problems when I found out I was pregnant. However, I did have an increase in mucus in my throat and sore, stuffy sinuses and thought I had come down with a bad cold. Pregnancy increases mucus production, and not just cervical mucus. I don't think it affects people with ENT problems any more than someone without them, but it is a possible symptom. I got symptoms like that around 8-9DPO and got my BFP at 11DPO.

I am 6 weeks 1 day today... have had my adenoids removed twice, tonsils removed, sinus surgery to straighten my septum and drilled holes in my sinuses so they could drain better. last 4 years have been really good until now... only happens when first get up with the mucus in throat and sinuses... very gross! only started symptoms 2 days ago.
Cravings are so odd too - anything with salt, ice cream and fruju ice block
