am i pregnant??

hi, iam 28 and me and my husband are TTC since a year now, i got all test done prolactin,thyroid,FSH every test is normal but my ob/gyn said i a was not ovulating she kept me on clomid this month and i used opk and i ovulated on 18th day of my cycle we had sex those 3 days, now i am 12 dpo but no symptoms but i have pain in lower abdomen near the panty area and my boobs hurt a little(only one, left) and also little tingling sensation,dont if i am psycologically thinking of symptoms, i saw some posts where people test with opk for pregnancy, i did it today and came negative..!!

am i pregnant??
