i think i may have PID..

Ok so about 3 months ago i started to notice my discharge changing . in color and smell , and i was having abdominal pain and pain while having sex . i have not seen a doctor yet because my insurance was all messed up . i have pretty much all the symptoms of PID . i was wondering how long before it causes infertility? i dont think its a STI because ive only had one sexual partner my whole life and we use condoms. also i gave birth 7 months ago and ive read that child birth can cause PID . if you have or had PID please share your stories with me ! thank you
