Flushed face from 6dpo. Early pregnancy sign?

Hi this is my first time ttc, we are about 7 months in of trying. I'm 35. Anyways I've never experienced or thought ive experienced symptoms other than those which could be confused with pms- sore boobs etc. this month I have experienced hot flushed face for 3 nights, around 6dpo. I'm not 10dpo and getting bfn. But interested in hearing anyone who had similar symptom and went on to get bfp. How long did symptom last? Mine seemed to come in early evening around 6pm!

Ive never personally experience a flushed face from pregnancy but I will tell you if you hold your pee for hours and hours (as long as you possibly can) and then go pee you more likely to see a faint positiveâ?¦ I did that today and I am 8 DPO.

Thank you snow white for answer and congratulations :-) unfortunately for me seems like AF has turned up. Wish it was implantation bleeding but not likel. But will try your tip next time I test xx
