i am on my first day or my cycle 7th Feb,15. My ovulation is between 18-23 feb . Please guide as to is it neecessary to make love on all the days of this fertile period or just one day is enough
last month ovulation was between 19th Jan to 24th Jan , amde love on 18th Jan and none thereafter. I didnt conceive now will be trying again, Dont know where i went wrong

You need to have sex more than once during your 5 day ovulation period. If you happened to ovulate early or late, then you missed the time. You don't ovulate the entire 5 day period - once the egg is released, the sperm have to either be there ready and waiting or get to it within 24 hours. I recommend purchasing the OPK strips to determine when you are actually having the hormonal surge and then once you know this, you can determine when you need to have sex. Definitely more than once per cycle if you're really trying to conceive.
