Question

4 dpo sore stomach muscles and back

Hi I have sore stomach muscles but I havent done any exercise and also I keep getting a pain in my mid back. Does anyone know if this is a sign of pregnancy? Im 4 dpo but only guessing.

its most likely not a pregnancy symptom.. seeing as implantation doesn't even happen until 6-12 dpo. srry ):

I don't think it can be a sign of pregnancy at 4 dpo but I have exactly the same thing. Think it can be a sign of having recently ovulated though :)

Ive had that before (not in the back tho), its brutal! Ive also had it in my glutes/quads...that sucks walking down stairs. I dont remember what dpo I was, but both were BFN cycles. 4dpo is a little early for implantation, but the sore muscles could be from great progesterone levels...which is always a good thing when ttc!
