High, wet, Hard to medium cervix, am I pregnant?

Ladies I'm expecting my period today, but my red flag is that my cervix is really high facing towards the back, and it feels soft and smooshie, but when I press hard on it, it feels hard, and my cervix is really closed. No sore breasts, very very light cramping, lost of appetite, wave of nausea, no vomiting and headaches....I am 13 dpo, I took a test and I swear I see a second line in Invert, but I'm not sure, maybe it's my eyes. what do you ladies think?
