The only thing that helped at all was medication. I was sick from 5-9 weeks. Week 5-6 I was throwing up all day every day. Literally. Couldn't keep water down, ended up in the hospital because of dehydration and I was afraid I was gonna lose the baby. Turns out baby was perfectly fine though =) They prescribed me a week's worth of anti-nausea medication (Zofran) and I could at least eat/drink after that. Still got sick every day but I was holding about half my food down so it was better than nothing lol. I tried all the usual tricks too, ginger, crackers, you name it, it came back up lol!
I will say this, milkshakes were one of very few things I could keep down those first few weeks. By week 9 I only threw up a few times the whole week. Still got sick on and off throughout the pregnancy if I ate something that my body didn't like lol.

I had terrible morning sickness between 6-12 weeks with my first, uncomfortable with my second and terrible between 6-25 weeks with my third. I don't know if it will help but I'll tell you a couple of things that helped me somewhat. I actually got the worst of my morning sickness at night, dinner time onwards but.....try not to let yourself get hungry. I carried 2 apples in my bag if I went anywhere. If I actually got to the point of being hungry I'd start throwing up. If I was feeling nauseous and went anywhere near the bathroom I'd be overcome with the urge to throw up so watch for triggers. Once I threw up once I was done for. I would do all I could to not throw up in the first place and let the nausea pass. I found if I threw my head back and looked straight up at the ceiling and took several deep breaths I could abort a vomiting episode. I hope it passes quickly for you! I feel your pain. :)
