I've had 4 positive opks in the last 3 days. Each showing the LH surge, what's going on?

AF showed 3 days early on 1/14... On 1/18 n 1/19 I got 2 positive opks. Then they went to negative. Now for the last 3 days I've had 4 positive opks.. This is so confusing! I've also had hot flashes recently but too early to be related to Pms n now I'm feeling nauseated n some cramps. I have no idea what to think OH and I've been a space cadet lately! We are ttc n used preseed for the first time this month..I also am on the verge of tears a LOT. Any insight that anyone could give me please??? I've called my obgyn but she's out of the office. I'm really wondering why so many positive opks????

Positive ovulation kits catch the LH surge. Sometimes, they can be positive again right before your period. They aren't always telling you that you are ovulating, but catching the surge. So, if your period is close to starting, you could be getting a positive test.
