Question

Ovary pain 7dpo that dissapeared after two days?

Cycle one of Clomid, HCG trigger, progesterone. I started having left ovary pain (side i ovulated from) on about 6 or 7 DPO. It stayed for about 2-3 days and went away. Was also getting twinging feelings in my uterus. I figure if it were a follicular cyst that formed, it would still be there, but it's not.. I've NEVER EVER had these things happen to me... Any insight? Had increased thirst, dizziness, swollen boobs, sensitive nipples, dizziness, headache, some nausea. I realize progesterone masks some of these symptoms, its the ovary stuff that is werid. Tested BFN today (10DPO). Has anyone had this issue before???

This probably isn't helpful but I stopped trying to understand my darn body a long time ago. A lot of things are consistent with my cycles, including pains, twinges, etc. In terms of ovary type pains, I get those without any particular pattern. However, some of the other things you describe can be both progesterone and pregnancy related! I would say if you've never had that combo of symptoms, that is it encouraging, and if it turns out to just be progesterone, that's on the right track since you know it is working! In any case, don't lose hope. 10DPO can still be early for a BFP. You may try testing in a couple days and especially if AF doesn't show up! FX
