Think I'm charting all wrong!

Hi all
Just wanted some advice really for anyone that's pros at temp charting!
This month was my first time at doing it and not really sure what I should be looking at?
Anyone maybe able to take a look and offer some advice?

Your temps are looking all over the place - are you temping at the same time every morning? Without getting up or moving around before?? When I temp I literally don't move and just reach my arm over to grab the thermometer off the night stand quickly. Take a look at my recent chart.

Yeah 6:30am when my alarm goes off for work it's by my bed so I just lean over and don't move.
AF arrived today so will keep going next month and see what it does
