Pregnancy symptoms first month off the nuva ring? 11 DPO

I went off the nuva ring at the end of December because my husband and I are TTC our first. I've gone off birth control pills before and never had symptoms. My projected ovulation date would have been around the 18th of January. I have been EXTREMELY tired. Can't get out of bed until noon tired. My nipples were sore for about a week, but they are lots better now. I swear they have gotten bigger, even though going off birth control usually makes them smaller. I've been eating everything in sight in much larger portions than I ever have been able to! I've had headaches, dizziness, a little nausea and heartburn, I had really mild period like cramps yesterday and the day before, and I have been super thirsty (and coincidently, peeing a lot). Am I crazy?? Trying to be patient and see if AF comes this weekend.
