Can anyone help.... lady in distress

Me and and my partner are tryin for a Bubba and im not due on for 6 days now and I been getting cramps like im going to start my period and I got white creamy discharge and today my nipples feel tingley im moody and cried all day yesterday and this morning... could I be pregnant?

Thank you I got my fingers crossed and my toes. ... its horrid as I feel like im going to come on I have had this feeling since ovulation but my boobs tonight are killing....im bloated as well x
